To inquire about JRBA Direct™ Services, please submit your name, email, and a short message including your company name and potential business needs, in the form below. A JRBA representative will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a meeting and further discuss your business and the services that JRBA Direct™ provides.
How Does JRBA Direct™ Work?
Step 1: Onboarding
Prior to using the platform, JRBA will need to onboard your team. This is a short process but will require access to your Master service agreements for each of your clients and email information for each user you would like to set up in the platform.
For new clients, our engagement letter would need to be signed before commencing this process.
This gives us everything we need up front, so you spend less time emailing and more time producing.
Step 2: Start a New Production
We review your submission, confirm your requested deliverables, and flag anything that needs clarification.
For flat-rate services, the scope is locked the moment the intake form is approved. No hourly billing. No unpredictable invoices.
We will need you to provide us the following information:
Client, Job number, Production name
Services needed from JRBA
Key Dates and locations
Step 3: Submit Production Services Requests
Once your team is ready to submit their BA service requests for a production, navigate to your specific client’s page and complete the corresponding JRBA Direct service form.
JRBA Direct forms are designed to collect all necessary information about a production in order to quickly and accurately process your request/
JRBA will the begin immediately processing your request and return your documents for your team to review within 48 hours.
Step 4: Delivery + One Round of Edits
You receive a preview for approval before your document goes out for signature, if applicable.
Flat-rate services include one round of revisions to ensure the final version reflects what you need.
Following approval JRBA will arrange for any signatures and facilitate any next steps of the process
