  • •Provide guidance on SAG-AFTRA obligations as well as non-union talent guidelines and best practices

    •Prepare talent estimates (SAG-AFTRA and Non-union)

    •Review casting specs for legal compliance and deal structure guidance

    •Draft/prepare talent contracts including overscale celebrity guarantee talent multi-service agreements

    •Negotiate with talent agents

    •Process talent contracts with payroll for payments of session and usage

    •Manage all talent questions & concerns

    •Prepare final cast lists

    •Handle talent renegotiations

    •Track talent usage and notify client on renewal requirements

  • •Conduct Influencer outreach for brand sponsored projects

    •Vet Influencers with social media checks for brand sensitivities

    •Draft and Negotiate with Social Media Influencers, UGC and found footage for paid and non-paid advertising campaigns

    •Consult on Federal Trade Commission social media rules/guidelines and best practices for Influencer or talent posted content

    •Consult on production related matters with influencers regarding content creation, ownership, licensing, insurance considerations, property lending, liability, etc.

    •Tracking of Social Posts ongoing to ensure FTC compliance and adherence to Influencer Agreement terms

  • •Negotiate and draft music licenses for Recording Artists, stock/library music, or work-for-hire composition

    •Clear Master and Synchronization rights for licensed music tracks to 100% clearance

    •Consult and manage applicable union considerations

    •Manage music licensing process through completion

    •Review and consult on re-write, parody, and sound-a-like considerations during creative process

    •Manage the relationship with Musicologist

  • •Draft and negotiate all production-related agreements and materials in the categories of

      Digital Media

      Print Photography

      Appearance and Event Production

    •Draft and manage production agreements, Director Engagements, insurance requirements and certs

    •Draft and manage Photographer agreements, photo licenses and buyouts

    •Manage or supervise (as required) relationships with stock vendors and assist in licensing and vendor agreements

    •Draft and review relevant production documents such as location agreements, name/logo releases, props/wardrobe releases, work-for-hire crew contracts, behind-the-scenes (BTS) releases

  • •Intellectual Property review of all scripts, assets, and creative materials, including preliminary trademark review

    •FTC/FCC compliance review (as applicable) of scripts, assets, and creative materials as well as consultation on risk related issues.

    •Consult on third party rights clearances and risks.

    •Draft and negotiate
